The Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business invites applications for a Full-Time Instructor in Marketing. This Instructor position is a full-time, non‑tenure track faculty role with a load expectation of 24 units in a 9‑month period (typically 12 units per semester in Fall and Spring).
Pay RangeThe compensation for this appointment will range from $62,000 – $65,000 annually and reflects what California Baptist University reasonably expects to pay for this faculty appointment. Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant, as well as market conditions. CBU offers a robust suite of employee benefits.
QualificationsSuccessful candidates should possess a terminal degree related to the field, although candidates with a master’s degree who are working toward a terminal degree, or have significant experience in the field, may be considered. Strong candidates will demonstrate confirmation of teaching effectiveness and exceptional oral and written communication skills. Faculty duties include teaching courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level and professional involvement germane to the area of specialization.

The appointment may include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing, business, management, and other related courses.
