Graduate Student Affairs Officer 2
Organization: Bourns College of Engineering
Department: Bioengineering Department
Location: Main Campus - UCR
Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM (Full-time)
Job :
Salary: $24.71 – $41.67 per hour (annualized $51,600 – $87,000)
Responsibilities:
- Advise and support students on academic progress, degree requirements, and orientation sessions.
- Evaluate graduate admissions applications, conduct outreach, and make recommendations to the Graduate Admissions Committee.
- Coordinate orientations, recruitment events, and colloquium events.
- Collaborate with graduate advisors and financial staff on fellowships, grants, and employment packages.
- Update student handbooks, create marketing materials, and maintain the department’s website.
Benefits: Hybrid work schedule may be available after probation. Work on campus required.
