: 8 AM – 5 PM, Full-Time (100%)

• Advise graduate and professional students on academic and career plans, ensuring alignment with academic requirements and career goals.
• Provide career counseling, including job‑market guidance, internship opportunities, and industry networking.
• Coordinate enrollment management, financial aid, student conduct, and orientation activities.
• Organize workshops, presentations, and events that support academic and professional development.
• Assist international students with U.S. visa and immigration procedures and eligibility.
• Analyze student performance data to identify progress issues and recommend interventions.
• Advise faculty and department staff on curriculum and academic policy matters.
• Support recruitment and outreach activities, such as job fairs and alumni engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required); advanced degree in Counseling, Student Development, Education, or a related domain (preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in student services or advising graduate or professional students (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of college policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Proficiency in advising and counseling techniques, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
• Strong interpersonal, multicultural, and communication skills.
