We are looking for a passionate, dynamic 4th/5th Grade ELA / Social Studies Teacher for the  school year. If you are excited to bring lessons to life and create a positive, supportive classroom where every child thrives, we want to hear from you!

• Deliver engaging Math and Science lessons that spark curiosity and deepen understanding
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
• Track and celebrate student progress regularly
• Create a classroom culture that’s welcoming, respectful, and focused on growth
• Use proven, research‑based teaching strategies and school‑approved curricula
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly with families about student success
• Integrate technology to enhance learning experiences
• Participate in school‑wide activities that enrich student life and learning

• Licensed to teach in Ohio with a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Comfortable in a supportive coaching environment with frequent feedback and growth opportunities
• Skilled communicator, both written and verbal
• Able to maintain confidentiality and manage diverse student settings confidently
• Experienced working in urban school environments and dedicated to equity in education
• Ready to pass background checks and uphold our commitment to a safe, inclusive community
