Location:

Main Campus – UCR. Salary: $61,000 – $106,800 per year (expected up to $75,000). Final date to receive applications is open until filled. Current work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate residential functions for students and staff, ensuring a positive living environment.
• Supervise professional staff and indirectly supervise para‑professional staff.
• Handle administrative tasks, including purchasing, conduct review, scheduling, and implementing initiatives that promote community.
• Assist in development and training of career and student staff.
• Provide crisis response and participate in on‑call duty rotation.
• Create an inclusive community that respects diversity and promotes respectful interactions.
• Assess student needs and collaborate with department to provide effective responses.
• Maintain regular office hours, visibility to campus community, and provide evening and weekend support as required.

Qualifications:
