RCOE's Early Education Services is working with school districts, California State Preschool Programs, Head Start Programs, private preschools, and child care providers to ensure that quality early learning programs are available to all families. We are hiring for substitutes in Migrant Head Start Programs.

Requirements / QualificationsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Six months experience working as an instructional assistant in an early care and education setting. Experience in Head Start/Migrant Head Start programs preferred. REQUIRED
EDUCATION:
An Associate's degree from an accredited college/university including completion of 24 semester units of early childhood/child development education.

- Copy of Transcript (Copy of legible transcripts from a regionally accredited college/university showing completion of an Associate's degree (if applicable) and completion of 24 semester units of Child Development and applicable Infant/Toddler units coursework. Must attach transcripts - Diploma copies of degree will not be accepted)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (One (1) Letters of Recommendation are required and must be signed by the author. The signature block must include the author's name and title/relationship to the applicant. Letters must be dated within the last 2 years prior to the position closing date. Letters without author's signature, name and title/relationship to the applicant and letters without a date or dated more than 2 years prior to the position closing date will not be accepted.
