This position provides professional instruction during summer school designed to develop academic, social, physical, and skills in students across specific grades and subject areas.

• Administer, score, and record achievement and diagnostic tests as the teacher recommends for individual students.
• Operate and care for equipment used in the classroom for instructional purposes.
• Plan lessons according to teaching materials and students’ English level.
• Promote learning in a professional and compassionate environment, and contribute to student development in academic, social, and skill areas.
• Lead, coach, and mentor colleagues or paraprofessionals where applicable; model effective classroom behaviors and provide feedback.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field; active teaching license as required for the role (e.g., Special Education licensure as noted in related postings).
• Experience in education and a demonstrated ability to support student learning and growth.
