Vehicle Services Training Manager
The Vehicle Services Training Manager will deliver industry‑leading technician training for Manheim technicians, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives around efficiencies, client engagement, and overall training effectiveness.

TravelApproximately 25% travel required.
Responsibilities- Perform the full range of Vehicle Operations Training duties for an assigned region, group, and designated product areas.
- Partner with the Curriculum Development team to prepare online and written training materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course material and practical/hands‑on experience achieve desired learning outcomes.
- Execute and share best practices to ensure excellence in instructor training and performance.
- Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence required.
- Conduct pilot training and provide feedback to adjust materials.
- Contribute to the development and review of new training materials by analyzing technical/learner feedback.
- Measure effectiveness of training content and delivery.
- Consult with business leaders to assess tech training needs and deliver development initiatives that improve performance and drive business results.
- Direct implementation of training curriculum standards, guidelines, and related policies and procedures.
- Translate desired organizational culture into training mechanisms.
- Communicate training department performance against goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain business relationships with key partners within the organization.
- Problem‑solve, effectively plan, organize, delegate, and follow through to successful resolution.
- Identify training objectives and select appropriate instructional methodologies and procedures (individual training, group instruction, self‑study, lectures, demonstrations, presentations, computer‑based training).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 4‑6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience across a decade.
- 5+ years progressive management experience in professional service, training, within an automotive workplace.
- Hands‑on leadership skills and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced organization.
- Self‑directed, energetic, focused on quality.

- Terrific communication, interpersonal, and team‑building skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex enterprise programs and projects to successful execution.
