SEC is currently seeking highly qualified Registered and Licensed Vocational Nurses to teach part-time LIVE Clinical rotations. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach clinical at well-known, established hospitals and medical facilities.
QualificationsRequirements :
- Registered or Licensed Vocational Nurse - current active license in the state of California
- Previous teaching experience, preferred but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and analytical skills
- Functional abilities to carry out classroom, clinical and laboratory teaching responsibilities
- Competence in clinical skills in areas of teaching
- Competent in personal computer applications: word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email
Education:
- RN with A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program. A minimum of five years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with five years' experience in the specialty field, and 1 year of experience as a Clinical Instructor but not required.
- LVN with AA or AS degree + 6 years experience required or a BA or BS with 2 years experience required (any type of degree)
- Sat & Sun AM or PM
- 16 hours
- Must be able to start immediately
- Travel is required
- LVN $45
- RN $50
