The K-16 Pathway Coordinator will support regional partners, ensuring the success of funded projects through regular technical assistance and oversight. They will monitor progress, collect data, facilitate reporting, and strengthen collaborations between K-12 institutions, postsecondary education, and industry partners. Additionally, they will ensure that educational pathways align with workforce needs and provide a seamless transition for students from high school to higher education and careers.
The full salary range for the K-16 Pathway Coordinator is $24.71 - $41.67 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $32.57 hourly. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
