Empower Solar seeks an experienced Solar Installer Lead for our Riverside team to supervise on-site PV system installations, coordinating crew activities while ensuring safety and quality from roof to electrical.
You will train crews, read solar and electrical plans, manage time and budgets, and communicate with customers. Requires 2–5 years in solar installation and prior crew leadership.
