Land Development Engineering - Senior Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Engineer for our Land Development Engineering Department, offering a hybrid work schedule. This position is for motivated leaders passionate about continuous learning and driving the firm's success through excellent project execution and business development.

Salary range: $123,300 - $197,300

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects
• Design residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Communicate effectively with agencies and clients
• Adhere to firm-wide policies related to project management, client relations, and business development
• Research, analyze, and present technical performance data
• Manage projects with a focus on budget and deadline adherence
• Maintain attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Lead by example to achieve personal performance goals
• Foster successful staff integration and team building
• Registered engineer in California

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Experience supervising staff and working in a team environment
• Knowledge of public agency standards and land development requirements
• Proficient in all aspects of land development design
