Here's what we're looking for.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineering Manager (food industry strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (Electrical preferred).
• Solid background in PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems.
• A hands-on leader with strong communication skills who motivates and develops team members.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work directly on the floor with your team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of fewer than 10 mechanics, providing daily technical guidance and support.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, working side by side with the team.
• Drive improvements in automation and controls, including PLCs and HMIs.
• Ensure compliance with food industry standards while maintaining operational efficienc y.
• Support a 24-hour operation, including availability on weekends for projects and troubleshooting calls.
