• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of design engineering experience in fluid systems or pumps
• Proficiency with Solid Works, GD&T, and tolerance analysis
• Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, machine design, and stress analysis
• Experience with CNC machining, metals, plastics, and manufacturing processes
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking
• Hands‑on engineering mindset with R&D experience
• Effective communication and teamwork

• Experience with FEA, pressure vessel design (ASME), or fluid control systems
• Background in pump manufacturing or industrial equipment

• Design, prototype, and test fluid system components and accessories
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings in Solid Works with proper GD&T
• Conduct engineering analysis, tolerance stack‑ups, and validation testing
• Support manufacturing and shop‑floor operations to ensure on‑time delivery
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
• Maintain BOMs, part numbers, and engineering documentation
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, quality, and production teams
• Provide technical support, product selection, and application guidance
• Assist with certifications and regulatory compliance (UL, CSA, CE, ATEX)
• Drive continuous improvement for manufacturability, reliability, and cost
