Senior Manufacturing Engineer — LSR / EPDM / Medical Device The work matters here.

The components you'll engineer go into medical devices that keep people alive — Class I and II implantable and life-critical assemblies built to the tightest tolerances in the industry.

• Lead process development, optimization, and full validation (IQ / OQ / PQ) for LSR and EPDM medical device components in cleanroom production
• Drive automation initiatives — robotics, vision systems, automated assembly — with real budget and leadership backing
• Partner with tooling and equipment vendors to spec, source, and qualify molds, fixtures, and automation systems
• Develop and own PFMEA, control plans, validation reports, and SOPs
• Troubleshoot molding defects, contamination, tooling wear, and process variability on the floor
• Support NPI from design review through production launch

• Bachelor's in Engineering OR 6+ years of hands‑on injection molding experience
• Direct experience with LSR, EPDM, and rubber molding processes
• Process automation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)

This isn't a process babysitting job. You'll have the authority, budget, and organizational support to own automation and validation projects from concept through production. The team is hands‑on, the leadership is technical, and the growth runway is real.
