Our client is an established engineering and consulting firm focused on delivering practical, sustainable solutions for complex infrastructure and land development projects. This company brings together engineering, surveying, and planning expertise to support both municipal agencies and private sector clients. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California
• 7+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land development or public works
• Strong experience with grading, drainage, utility design, and site development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of local agency standards, permitting, and entitlement processes
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and client relationships
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
