Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Field Inspector, ANS

At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll help develop and deliver factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving – smarter, safer, and more sustainably.

• You’ll ensure that all roadway and civil construction work is performed in compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
• You’ll perform daily inspections of roadway, grading, paving, and related civil work.
• You’ll verify contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
• You’ll prepare daily inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• You’ll coordinate with contractors, project managers, and client representatives.
• You’ll monitor quantities, materials testing, and field changes.
• You’ll identify and report non‑conforming work and assist in resolution.
• You’ll support project controls, including schedule and progress tracking.

$140,000 - $160,000 a year

• 5+ years of roadway or heavy civil inspection experience and experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• 2+ years of experience on bridge, roadway, or transportation infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of Caltrans standards and specifications preferred.
• Certifications such as NICET, Caltrans, or equivalent preferred.
