Civil Engineering, Structural Engineer
We're looking for an experienced Civil or Structural Engineer with a strong background in building plan review and structural engineering. In this role, you'll review residential, commercial, industrial, and multifamily building plans and structural calculations to ensure compliance with California Building Standards Codes, local ordinances, and engineering best practices.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- California Professional Civil Engineer (PE) license (Structural Engineer license is a plus)
- Experience performing structural design and building plan review
- Knowledge of California Building Code (CBC), Title 24, accessibility, energy, and green building codes
- Experience reviewing structural calculations and complex building systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
