Seasoned Principal Traffic Engineer (Civil Projects | Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer | TE) for Riverside, CA. • Salary: $122,000 - $155,000 per year

• Manage construction documents and contracts, project schedules and budgets, design and support staff
• Prepare contracts, fee proposals, scopes of work
• Interact extensively with public agencies, municipal staff, and internal cross‑functional teams
• Maintain working knowledge of California jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures (strongly preferred)

• BS in Civil Engineering
• California Professional Civil Engineer (PE) license
• California Traffic Engineer (TE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 8+ years of industry experience or equivalent (12–15 years)
• Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience, supervising and mentoring technical/design staff
• Strong client‑facing presence with public agencies
• Ability to make independent engineering and business decisions and lead multi‑disciplinary project teams
