Bridge design and deployment. Integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems into operational vehicles; support prototyping, testing, and iterative improvements.

• Install, align, and validate subsystems (power electronics, control modules, rail gear).
• Read CAD models, drawings, and wiring diagrams; manage configuration control.
• Develop integration procedures and checklists for repeatable builds.
• Run system‑level tests; troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/software interactions.
• Partner with fabrication and software/control teams during bring‑up.
• Document changes, lessons learned, and field fixes for future builds.
• Support field upgrades and technical troubleshooting post‑deployment.

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience (3+ years integration).
• Mechanical assembly skills (alignment, torqueing) and electrical wiring/harnessing.
• Hands‑on diagnostics across mechanical and electrical domains; shop safety.
• Preferred: CAN/PLC/embedded hardware familiarity; heavy‑vehicle or rail‑gear exposure.
• Welding/fabrication skills; startup or low‑volume manufacturing experience.

• Base salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (DOE).
