In this role, you will oversee complex and sustainable land development projects from conceptual design to construction, contributing to the betterment of landscapes and communities. Your expertise will spearhead the development of residential, commercial, and industrial sites, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and Cannon's commitment to quality and eco-friendly practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary teams in the planning and design of land development projects, including drainage, roads, and utilities.
• Manage project finances, scheduling, and resource allocation ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Review and approve design documents, reports, and construction plans.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, representing the company in conferences, and building new client relationships.
