Box Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to join our team as a Box Office Supervisor for the upcoming season at the Morton Amphitheater. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all daily box office operations, while reporting to the Box office Manager, and supervise a team of ticket sellers and ensure the highest standards of guest service, accuracy, and efficiency.

** Work with Premium Seat Sales/VIP team on Upsells, inventory management and any other tasks as they arise Work with Operations/Guest Services on ADA tickets, relocation or troubleshooting needs as they arise. Experience in Box Office / Ticketing Management Experience in Cash Handling Experience in a live environment operation Experience handling counterfeit cash Experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

Experience in Prioritizing, Time Management & Multitasking Experience in open communication & email etiquette
