Box Office Ticket Seller

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Box Office Ticket Sellers for the upcoming season at the Morton Amphitheater. In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for processing ticket sales, will-call transactions, and resolving customer inquiries with efficiency and a positive attitude.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
** Work with Premium Seat Sales/VIP on any nightly upgrades, primary inventory, reports etc. Work with Guest Services/Operations on any ADA requirements Providing knowledge of upcoming events & upgrades available
** Other Responsibilities
** Daily operations on Ticketmaster host system for sales and other tasks. Assist Manager & Supervisor in any tasks as they arise Knowledge of Cash Handling Knowledge of Phone & In Person Customer Service Entry level knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Knowledge of ticket sales Experience in working in live entertainment operations Ticketmaster host system experience Experience in identifying counterfeit cash / ’s
