The role is active: you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem-solving in real time. They assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management and, in the General Manager’s absence, assume responsibility for all center operations, from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager – Make guests a priority and deliver exceptional service, solicit feedback, and address guest concerns.
- MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1 – Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
- NEVER STOP IMPROVING – Continually hone operational execution; schedule staffing to meet the center’s needs and maximize the guest experience.
- TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY – Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
- PARTNER WITH LEAGUES – Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business; adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform related administrative duties.
- ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM – Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
- Show Off Those Management Skills – Lead the team, motivate, leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity; delegate effectively.
- DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES – Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction; provide training and supervision to align with corporate initiatives and standards.
- REMAIN FLEXIBLE – Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed.
As a committed team member, you’re ready to fill in for the center’s General Manager as needed. You have strong guest service sensibility, interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to support extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. You’re a dedicated team player who develops talent in others and is looking to take the next step toward becoming a General Manager.
DESIRED SKILLS- 2+ Years of Management Experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s Degree

- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.

Compensation & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70,000 to $77,260.28. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare coverage and other benefits. Details are available here:
