Enforce backstage, stage, and artist-only access control using credentials, laminates, and wristbands;
Monitor backstage areas including dressing rooms, production spaces, hallways, and stage-adjacent access points;
Respond to incidents, medical situations, and safety concerns and escalate appropriately;
Complete accurate incident reports and post-show documentation as required;
Maintain confidentiality regarding artist activity and backstage operations
