The Extramural Funds Accountant II is responsible for post‑award administration of contracts and grants, with a primary focus on private sponsor and multi‑campus awards. Key duties include:

• Setting up awards in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Invoicing and billing
• Accounts receivable management and collections
• Financial reporting
• Award closeout in accordance with sponsor terms and conditions
• Accurate system configuration of award requirements, including billing terms, revenue recognition, and cost sharing
• Reviewing financial activity for compliance and supporting cost sharing and F&A oversight
• Ensuring accurate financial data within PPM
• Providing guidance and support to departmental analysts on post‑award administration and transactional processing
• Overseeing compliance of travel‑related expenses on federal awards and performing other related duties as assigned

Salary range: $57,700.00 - $99,300.00 annually, with expected pay up to $78,500 annually. Compensation is based on education, licensure, certifications, experience, and organizational needs.
