In this role, you will report to the Accounting & Compliance Supervisor and play a key part in supporting daily operations. * Create value and reduce risk by preparing analytics and reporting, including variance analysis, KPIs, key process tracking, and discrepancy resolution, to assess and support financial health.

* Facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, and present information to the team and leadership as needed.

* Support and drive ongoing projects and initiatives, including the accounting conversion from various broker management and acquisition systems into the company's broker management system, with the opportunity to oversee related accounting system processes.

* Research and analyze data as requested and perform additional duties as assigned.

What you bring to the team

* Minimum of 4 years of experience in the accounting field, including at least 1 year of experience leading a team or leading others.

* Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain flexible during peak periods when additional hours may be required.

* Self‑driven and proactive, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑moving, continually evolving environment.

* Experience with Blackline and/or experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
