Responsibilities- Provide prompt, reliable financial and business services to the School of Medicine.
- Perform financial analysis and manage data reporting.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial information by disseminating and applying relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain inventory control systems for financial, inventory, and operational processes.
- Facilitate process improvements and develop innovative solutions to enhance workflow productivity and operational efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Safeguard university assets and resources while supporting the organization’s mission.
- Current work authorization in the United States.
- Relevant education, licensure, or certification in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Experience in financial analysis, inventory management, or related financial services roles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with financial software and data management tools.
- Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
- UCR is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for staff.
- As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements.
- Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
