UCR's Department of Sponsored Research & Programs seeks a Contracts and Grants Lead to administer and supervise center, program and complex grant projects, providing support to the School of Medicine. This hybrid role requires 3 days on campus and 2 days remote.

• Administer and supervise center, program, and complex grant projects, including support for the School of Medicine.
• Perform high‑level budget and resource analyses and internal fund auditing using robust analytical tools.
• Assist with financial administration of grants and respond to recipients regarding grant and budget revisions.
• Support Principal Investigators with the financial aspects of grant administration.

• Current work authorization for UCR staff positions (no visa sponsorship).
• Demonstrated experience in contracts and grants administration is preferred.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with investigators and stakeholders.
