The Bourns College of Engineering is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Services Analyst. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth financial operations of the college while working in an innovative academic environment and supporting important research activities.
Responsibilities- Reconcile core facilities billing.
- Process monthly invoices.
- Coordinate travel and related expenses.
- Assist with accounts payable, reimbursements, vendor payments, and campus service requests.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal audit and University policies.
- Contribute to the development of financial processes.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for staff. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
CompensationThe classification title and salary range for this position are currently under review. The candidate will be placed on the anticipated salary range in accordance with the step placement methodology as defined in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for the Financial Services Analyst position is $56,000 - $96,403. The proposed title code for this position is covered under the Teamsters University Clerical and Allied Services Contract (CX).
