Senior Financial Planning Associate

Our CPA background and comprehensive planning approach allow us to deliver advice that goes beyond traditional investment management, integrating tax, retirement, estate, insurance, and wealth planning into a coordinated strategy.

We are seeking an experienced financial planning professional to support advisors with financial planning, client service, and implementation while helping deliver an exceptional client experience.

This position offers meaningful long-term growth opportunities, including increasing responsibility in financial planning, client relationship management, and leadership within the firm.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and coordinate with team members to ensure exceptional service.
• Assist advisors with financial plan preparation, plan updates, data gathering, and implementation of planning recommendations.
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, summaries, and follow-up action items.
• Coordinate account openings, transfers, beneficiary updates, RMDs, charitable gifting strategies, wire transfers, and other client service requests.
• Maintain accurate client records within the firm's CRM system and identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Support advisors across wealth management, retirement planning, insurance planning, estate planning coordination, and corporate retirement plan services.
• Work full-time from our Riverside office while collaborating closely with fellow team members.

• 5-10+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, accounting, law, or a related professional services field.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide exceptional client service.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and financial planning software.
• Experience with eMoney, Right Capital, Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Securities and/or insurance licenses are a plus.
• CFP®, CPA, or progress toward a CFP® designation is highly valued.
