Contracts & Grants Analyst

Position Overview

The Contracts and Grants Analyst provides comprehensive pre‑ and post‑award research administration support for the School of Medicine Finance and Administration team. The incumbent assists faculty and departmental leadership with proposal development, budget preparation, award management, financial analysis, compliance monitoring, and post‑award administration to support the successful management of sponsored research programs.

• Assist faculty and department leaders with proposal development, budget preparation, and award management.
• Conduct financial analysis and compliance monitoring for awarded projects.
• Perform post‑award administration and support sponsor/reporting requirements.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and operational support to advance the research mission of the School of Medicine.

• Valid current U.S. work authorization.
• Experience in research administration, grant management, or related field.
• Knowledge of university, sponsor, and regulatory requirements for sponsored research.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to comply with all applicable University policies and collective bargaining agreements.

Hybrid position – three days onsite, two days remote.
