Greet clients and manage lobby using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs, while adhering to bank policies and procedures
