Associate-Level Mental Health Clinician

Kindful Restoration is seeking a dedicated, trauma-informed Associate Clinician (ASW, AMFT, or APCC) to join our outpatient mental health team. You’ll be supporting individuals who are justice-involved, overcoming substance use, or navigating major life transitions.

• Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive individual and group therapy
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment and recovery plans
• Collaborate with case managers, CHWs, and external partners for holistic care
• Conduct mental health assessments and maintain documentation in compliance with DHCS standards
  
  Support clients navigating reentry, housing instability, or substance use recovery
• Participate in supervision and training, and contribute to a collaborative team culture

• Active California associate license: ASW, AMFT, or APCC
• Experience or strong interest in working with justice‑involved or high‑acuity populations
• Familiarity with trauma‑informed care, CBT, MI, or recovery‑based models
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a community‑based setting
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
