SUMMARY: Provides Patient Care services coverage based on the Clinic requirements. Assumes all Patient Engagement Representative job responsibilities. Verifies established patient information to ensure accuracy and insurance information is correct. Collect co-pay and amounts due if applicable, giving each patient a receipt. Cooperates in cross‑training others to ensure coverage at all times.

EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills, typing, general clerical skills, and excellent telephone skills. Medical terminology and two years medical office experience required.
