HIRING CAREGIVERS! Are you passionate about making a difference? Accelerated Health Home Care, Inc. is looking for exceptional and dedicated Caregivers (live-in) to join us for private duty nursing for $200 a day!
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driven by the desire to help others and enjoys making a difference in the lives of those they care for. The Caregiver will provide personalized care, maintain a safe and clean environment, and offer assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and post-incontinence care.
A successful candidate must be patient, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and specifically post-incontinence care.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with the management of prescribed medication.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including tidying up rooms, doing dishes, and handling clients' laundry.
- Assist clients with ambulation, safely helping them move around their home or outdoors for appointments, walks, etc.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to the dietary needs and preferences of the client.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor or family members.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in conversation and recreational activities.
- Ensure that safety measures are in place and that the client's living area is organized according to their needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with further education in caregiving, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, or in a similar role in health or patient care.
- Knowledgeable about basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
- Proficient in Tagalog, can communicate in English.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- TB Clearance.
- Fingerprinting required.
- Able to do light lifting.
- Physical ability to perform job-related duties, which may require lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
