Input demographic and insurance information accurately for patients admitted to the Hospital, Emergency Department, and Outpatient Departments;
Acknowledge patients promptly and courteously while maintaining professionalism and customer service;
Communicate with multiple departments, including outside physician offices, for deposits, co-pays, and balances;
Notify Financial Advocates of self-pay or uninsured patients;
Record information into computer, scan documents, and pre-register patients as scheduled
