Input demographic and insurance information for patients admitted to the hospital, Emergency Department and Outpatient Departments.;
Acknowledge consumers promptly and with courteous professionalism.;
Communicate with multiple departments, including outside physician offices, regarding deposits, co-pays, and balances.;
Notify Financial Advocates of self-pay or uninsured patients.;
Record information into computer, scan required documents, and pre-register patients as scheduled.
