The ideal candidate has a clinical background, preferably an RN or MD, and experience in adult education. Responsibilities include developing training materials, providing on-the-floor support during go-lives, and assessing training effectiveness. This role requires close to 100% travel.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree and familiarity with change management are preferred.
