Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Encourage client engagement through conversation, activities, exercise, walking, and companionship
Monitor client well-being and promptly report concerns to leadership
Create meaningful connections while ensuring a safe, supportive environment
Be a positive team player and a compassionate caregiver every day
Have the extensive assistance from office staff and NEVER feel left out on a island without appropriate support.
A warm, positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors and disabled adults
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
Reliability, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached in a supportive environment
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, their families, and fellow team members
Weekly payroll
Payrates - $18.00-$19/Hour Depending on experience, day, and shift time
Paid Training
Opportunities for weekly bonuses
Varying available shifts from morning, evening, and overnights to allow you flexibility with your other responsibilities
Mileage reimbursement and weekend increased pay rates
