Exciting opportunity for a skilled School Psychologist to provide impactful support at the high school level in a dynamic educational setting near Riverside, CA. This full-time, in-person contract position requires an adaptable and student-focused professional ready to address diverse needs and occasional itinerant assignments.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist (PPS Credential or equivalent in California)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based psychological evaluations, consultation, and intervention planning
• Strong understanding of high school academic, social, and behavioral development
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, report writing, and developing appropriate recommendations
• Knowledge of multi-tiered support systems (MTSS) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills when partnering with students, staff, and families
• Ability to travel between school sites as needed for itinerant responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for high school students
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on student eligibility, services, and accommodations
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support students’ emotional, social, and behavioral well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop support strategies and promote student success
• Consult with school teams to address learning and behavioral challenges, contributing to MTSS and PBIS initiatives
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation aligned with district and state standards
• Provide crisis intervention and serve as a mental health resource for the high school community
