Home Care Assistant

As a Home Care Aide at Right at Home South Bay, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and professional care to our clients. As part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to clients

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companion care

• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families

• Work closely with the care team to ensure the highest level of care is provided

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Registered as Home Care Aide (or willing to register) CNA preferred

• Current TB Test

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with strong communication skills
