• Act as the on-property leader in the absence of the General Manager and assist when he is on site
• Support Front Desk and Guest Services & Housekeeping
• Ensure seamless arrivals, departures, and memorable guest interactions
• Conduct room and public space inspections to ensure Hilton brand standards are met
• Support all departments as needed – no task is too big or too small
• Drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and operational consistency
• Serve as a brand champion for quality, service, and standards

• Strong knowledge of Hilton brand standards and hotel operations
• High-energy, positive leader who sets the tone for the team
• Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
