Position Summary
The Coordinator of Signature Events provides overall logistical and administrative support to the Associate Director of Signature Events for a variety of university advancement events. Duties include managing and communicating event planning timelines, coordinating day‑of logistics, providing creative assistance, tracking budgets, and creating event layouts.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Hospitality and team‑oriented attitude; willingness to assist with all aspects of the business when required.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and composure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The physical demands include standing for long periods, walking, sitting, frequent trips up and down flights of stairs, hand and finger dexterity for operating a computer keyboard or other office equipment, visual acuity to read words and numbers, and the ability to speak and hear clearly. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
WorkEnvironment
The work environment is typically interior/office with moderate noise levels and minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; and one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
