Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls for room service orders professionally and courteously.
- Accurately record food, beverage, and special dietary requests.
- Enter orders into the hotel's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Communicate order details to kitchen and service teams.
- Monitor order preparation and delivery times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate tray pickup and room service follow-up when required.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and hotel services.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards and food safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or food service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

Compensation: $18.25
