The Tour Ambassador is responsible for providing engaging, informative, and memorable guided tours of The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa and its historic property. This position serves as an enthusiastic ambassador of the hotel, its architecture, history, traditions, and legacy while delivering exceptional guest service. The Tour Ambassador creates an enjoyable and welcoming experience for guests by sharing fascinating stories, historical facts, architectural details, and unique features of the property in an engaging and professional manner.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and history, comfortable speaking to groups, and able to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.

• Conduct engaging and informative tours of The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa for hotel guests, visitors, groups, and special guests.
• Provide accurate information regarding the hotel's history, architecture, artwork, collections, traditions, and notable features.
• Present historical information in an entertaining, conversational, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while representing the Mission Inn's heritage and reputation for exceptional hospitality.
• Adjust tour presentations based on the size, interests, age, and needs of the group.
• Answer guest questions professionally and accurately or direct guests to the appropriate department when additional information is required.
