Role Description

This full-time, on-site Front Office Agent / Driver role is located in Riverside, CA. The team member will handle front desk operations, including greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering questions, and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role includes coordinating reservations, handling payments, and maintaining accurate guest records in the property management system. As a driver, this individual will safely operate hotel vehicles to transport guests to and from designated locations, assist with luggage, and ensure a friendly, efficient transportation experience.

The position requires close collaboration with other hotel departments to support a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in front office and receptionist duties, including check-in and check-out processes.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate hotel vehicles.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with hotel or reservation systems preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front office, customer service, or related hospitality role is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift luggage, and move safely in and around vehicles and hotel premises.
