This is a 2‑year contract position. Estimated assignment duration: 2 years.
Full salary range: $68,500.00 – $ annually. Expected pay scale: up to $95,200.00 annually. Base salary offers consider education, licensure, certifications, experience, and organizational needs.
The Employment Practices Risk Consultant provides guidance across human resources strategy, employment law compliance, and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Insurance risk mitigation to help organizations reduce liability exposure and build a positive, compliant workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include aligning policies and practices with business objectives, auditing claims, identifying and coordinating training, and supporting EPL claims and corrective actions.
Applicants must have current work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available.
University employees must comply with all applicable policies, collective bargaining agreements, and government directives.
Responsibilities- Provide guidance on HR strategy, employment law compliance, and EPL risk mitigation.
- Align policies and practices with business objectives.

- Identify and coordinate training initiatives.
- Support EPL claims and corrective actions.
