Job Summary

The Business Intelligence and Systems Integration Leader is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, optimization, and seamless integration of the organization's enterprise systems, with a primary focus on the ERP, IMS, CRM, and QMS data landscape. This role ensures that all data and system integrations align with business objectives, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency and decision‑making capabilities.

The position will lead cross‑functional teams to manage the full systems development life cycle (SDLC) and champion data governance, security, and compliance best practices across all integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Leadership
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the ERP and data integration landscape within the Azure environment, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions and priorities
  • Drive digital transformation and modernization efforts across administrative and operational platforms
Required Qualifications And Skills
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • Experience
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise application management, data management, and systems integration
  • 5+ years in a leadership or management role, overseeing technical teams in a large, complex organization
  • Proven experience managing ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, IFF) and their integration
  • Deep technical exposure to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database)
  • Extensive project management experience (PMP certification is a plus) and familiarity with Agile/Dev Ops methodologies

  • Exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Outstanding analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence change and build consensus at senior levels
  • Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Total compensation will also include a comprehensive set of benefits including but not limited to:
