Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst (CONTRACT) – contract position estimated at 24 months. Full salary range is $75,900 – $137,300 annually, with expected pay scale $75,900 – $106,600 annually. Base salary offers consider education, licensure, certifications, experience, and organizational needs.

Under general supervision of the Payroll Coordination and Analysis Manager, the Business Systems Analyst supports UCPath‑related campus financial tools and systems. Responsibilities include conducting systems analysis, fit‑gap analysis, data analysis, process design and redesign, creating business and functional requirement documents, developing and delivering training materials, and managing projects as needed.

Support UCPath initiatives in assigned functional areas and participate in UCPath project initiatives as assigned. The workload may shift in response to changing goals, objectives, and project demands.
